Harbour Life #3
Shed on the work list, snake on the menu

Anchors now fixed outside to save space, deck tarpaulin in new "house boat mode" (over folmali), bike in new tarp. Harbour in swimming condition

My algi barrier version 1.2 in full operation barring stinking green shit that South winds want to blow in our harbour

Mlawatu extends his limits chasing birds (on top of folmali, 3.5 meter above water), jumping almost 2 m down back on deck (I've not yet caught him on camera in full flight). Compare the clean water surface appearance to this picture taken before the barrier was put

Snake is the latest item that reached the menu

Snake is the latest item that reached the menu. Nasty catches and kills, but Mlawatu (a male cat privilege??) always is the first to eat, actually pushing Nasty away at the rare occasions she neglects her modesty. Feeding them, I always let Mlawatu enjoy winning the fight for a small peace first, and when he is all over his food, I give Nasty a big piece, in total but happy contradiction to my entire laboriously acquired knowledge of the laws of life and nature. I am a bad cat mother indeed, yes for long lost all chance to meet such standards cutting some crucial parts of their genitals. Nasty knows the feeding procedure, does not even look at chunk #1 and simply looks up to me for number 2. Sometimes even insists, the hypocrite! to be carried to it when it does not clearly drop in front of her.

Left: Mlawatu outwitted, midnight, by unidentified prey (or predator??), made an unfortunate jump starboard mast level from the deck 2 m down in the harbour. I woke up by the splash suggesting a collision with an ill navigating crocodile. While my torch was still searching for bubbles at starboard, M had swum around, to stern, and appeared back up from the stern rope ladder [take a look]! Right: optimal distance from kitchen: zero absolute.

I cleared the ground and impregnated and put the supports. Ayanga and his men needed two days for frame and roof

After finishing the shed, by an amazing stroke of luck, I discovered as a collateral benefit a garage for my little truck, or so I told Roland
