One day after I left my room at Isamilo, I received visitors at the dhow yard. The handed me a summons of the tribunal this-or-that, to attend a hearing on the 20th of February.
Reliefs Claimed:

1. The Respondent Be Ordered To Vacate From The Suit Premises
2. Costs Of The Suit
3. Any Other Relief As This Court May Deem To Fit Grant

I signed for receipt of the summons, but since I was adressed Isamilo, I added: "I do not live at Isamilo".

I called Kees to report on the issue. Do you know about this?
Indirectly, yes.
What are you going to do?
A summons is a summons, I can do nothing.
I told Kees that I needed a cancellation, if not, I would crush his company.
That, Kees said, was then what I had to do.
